He also mentions that the porous exchange of ideas enhances creativity and ensures that every individual has a platform of thinking besides the obvious. He uses various examples to explain his points while providing that innovativeness is based on the old things that person desire to see improvement in. He brings forth various principles that should be adhered to in a workplace foe the staff to demonstrate creativity and innovativeness. The first thing is that all staff should be free to share their ideas irrespective of how odd they may seem. The second thing is the development of an official policy that encourages creativity in the workforce. He also talks about charisma that is geared towards bringing forth empty words that have few actions. He rather advocates for a leadership that is capable of enforcing what they have believed in.
